Shipping

Items ship from California, USA. Orders are typically sent out within a day, but allow for up to three days. All orders ship with tracking.

We currently offer domestic and international shipping from USPS, DHL, and UPS. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate other carriers.

Returns and Exchanges

We allow for returns and exchanges within two weeks of the arrival of your item. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Exchanges are allowed between any colorways and sizes of the same garment, so long as we have stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping for the old size/color, and we’ll pay forward shipping for the new one.

Repairs and Tailoring

SEQUENCE garments are designed with durability as a foremost priority. They are also designed to be tailored, repaired, and maintained.

We can provide small patches of fabric (so long as we have supply) for use in repairs or tailoring of our garments.
We will reimburse customers for the cost of tailoring or repair, within reason. Please include a before and after photo of the damage and repair, as well as a photo of the receipt from your tailor.
